Strategic Vision, Planning and Implementation

Before the formation of any organization, someone had a vision. This vision may never have been distinguished, qualified, or adequately described. Tragically, this vision may never have been shared and aligned upon with people who have the most at stake in the business.

Without an aligned strategic vision, owners, board members, management, staff are at best reduced to simply trying to get their jobs done.
